Smile experienced disk errors that cause write failures for a short period of time today. This failure caused some customers incoming mail to be bounce, and outgoing mail to fail. We corrected the problem, and it should be working normally now. We are monitoring the logs on the server.
Smile discovered an intermittent issue with the POP that caused some clients to time out when trying to connect to receive mail. The problem has been corrected, and mail is working normally again. Thanks to the customers that submitted trouble tickets at http://billing.smileglobal.com/
